Absolute worst. 3 days at the least to return and email or phone call...are you kidding? They must be running the business from the back of some truck on their grandfather's pig farm. Never Never again will I do business with this bunch.

The absolute most incompetent bunch of people I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Heed the advice - if you learn your paper will go through them, turn down the deal. Find some other method of financing. Autodraft is exactly that - they start drafting from your account and don't have a problem with drafting multiple times. And the refund or correction? Good chance it will come through as another draft.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS OR ANYTHING ELSE WITH THIS COMPANY. VERY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE. HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIND OUT WHAT THE ARE CHARGING US FOR AND WHEN OUR LEASE PAYMENT WILL END. HAVE SENT 4 LETTERS AND 3 E-MAILS, NO RESPONSE. THEY WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY AT OUR BUSINESS AGAIN.

I wish I would have read the reviews before doing business with this company. Ridiculous random charges. Autopay is always screwed up so I am constantly calling - that is why I set up autopay so I wouldn't have to be bothered. I feel scammed. Don't use this company.

Lots of hidden fees - like we pay their property tax through our contract - in addition, terrible communication and low business ethics. I am in a contract and found this out the hard way, DON'T SIGN A CONTRACT! I will NEVER work with this company again. Good business owners keep clients for the long-term and this company makes me want to RUN FAR from them.

Too much to say in a review, so I'll leave it at the star rating given. (Forced to give at least 1 star in order for this review to post.) The Best advice I can give you about Marlin Business Bank, RUN! Do not do business with this company.

My company short-term financed 2 pieces of equipment with Marlin Business Bank. The entire process from day one was awkward at best. First off, the check for the equipment was sent to the wrong company. That was really scary. Second, they have the worst customer service available in the market. They don't return calls and are unable to answer simple questions. There are so many other options out there and I highly recommend you go elsewhere. Also, watch your statement for bogus charges. I'll do some research, as I'm certain this company is under investigation.

Lots of late fees even though you pay on time. Send your check out at least 2 weeks before the due date or every month they'll run your payment 1 day late. I started sending my payments with USPS first class as a "parcel" so I could get a tracking number. They received my payment on the 10th, and it didn't post to my account until the 16th. Payment was due on the 15th so $120 worth of late fees. What a joke. And good luck trying to set up automatic payments.
