Premier bank with great vehicle loan rates, they design products for their customer's needs!

Terrible bank, I have had nothing but troubles with them the past 3 years. No one has any clue what they are doing and I shouldn’t have to tell a bank teller how to do their job everytime I go there, plus they are really slow and you can’t count on them. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I’d leave today if I didn’t have direct deposits going in there

They are quick to cash your check if it's a deposit but when you use your card anywhere it's declined.... Total emberessment when you take friends out to dinner would not recommend them at all

RUN! I thought a home town bank would be a good idea, and maybe another one would be. I switched to this bank about a year ago, they had decent products with no frills. Now someone decided you should have a plethora extra services. No big deal until they put it on everyone's account, including a monthly service charge. NOW everyone with an existing account has to go into the bank and opt out of their monthly fee.If I didn't have tax refunds and direct deposits coming into my accounts they would all be CLOSED TODAY.

Small town bank trying to compete. Doesn't offer any online services worth using. If it is online it looks awful and is a pain to use, just finding the right sign in page is a fiasco. If you don't keep an eye on your accounts you'll see new fees that no one warned you about, guess they didnt feel the need to let us know about policy changes. Many many more but these are the major ones.EDIT: Was just notified about a charge on my account, "That charge is the checks you ordered last week." Well I don't use checks xD omg... Switching very soon.

Enticed me to sign up for a prepaid card serviced by another company that they got a commission deal for. Became the victim of identity theft and fraud because of the card. Ended up having to arbitrate through Better Business Bureau just to get my money back months later because Marion Center Bank refused to help at all.Unexpected fees all the time. Double overdraft fees multiple times. Takes a week to post any payments. Weird how I never have any issues now, after I switched to PNC.

This bank is horrible! I can not will until my last direct deposit hits so I can close my account and move forward. They take no responsibility for anything (they shut my debit card off bc they couldn’t contact me? Over a draft fee that was PAID! ) Then Josh continually yelled at me on the phone. Horrible banking practices. Horrible customer service. Can not wait to be done with them!

Terrible bank. For a small town bank this place is awful. Everyone is incredibly slow, so expect to wait for 10 or more minutes even when you're the only customer. This place is also great at blaming everything on someone else. Payments that I've had on auto pay for years will take up to a week to show at this bank. They blame the other company, but with PNC they show up the second the payment is made. Today I was the only customer again, no customers inside or outside, and I waited for 5 minutes in the drive thru. I watched thru the window as a guy massaged a girls shoulders then braided her hair. I had to hit the buzzer for someone to come to the window. Then I kept waiting as the whole staff stood and talked. The horrible branch manger tried to blame me for it taking so long because I didn't have a deposit slip. Which is ironic because they do not have deposit slips out and will not give a customer any. She offered no apologies and when I said about waiting because of what the employees were doing, she said well I didn't see that. Do not waste your time at this bank. The staff is horrible and the services are antiquated.
