This sham of a financial institution lost my fiance's car title when we refinanced his auto loan to a credit union that's closer to where we moved. Instead of admitting it or fixing it, they keep putting him on hold and promising to send proof of mailing. It's now cost him $170 in higher interest accrued at the new institution as his new loan is no longer secured without the title.They can't keep important paperwork straight- I wouldn't trust them with a dime.

Their employee gave me gave me wrong information. My account ended up in the negative as a result. They would not fix it. One of their managers or whomever call me and left a message saying I should come in so she could explain my account to me. Like it was my fault. Today I went to close my daughter's account. They would not let me withdrawl her money and close her account until mine was nolonger in the negative. You can't get much shadier than that. If you need a bank you and your family can trust don't go to MFCU!
