Worst place ever fees for everything and whine when u don’t want to pay there fees and complain when u can’t pay a full payment

I do not recommend this bank at all. They are not flexible and take weeks to get an answer for a loan. If they need any extra paper work they will wait to ask for it. They wont work with you in getting paper sign. They promise things and then end up doing something else. Do not understand that you do not have a flexible schedule. So technically not interested in having you as a customer. Went to CAPITAL CREDIT UNION and got my loan done in a day. The representative stayed extra after her shift to help me sign the papers. They wete super great. Flexible and understanding. Love CAPITAL CREDIT UNION. I suggest the one in MORRIS AVE , GREEN BAY. They are awesome.

My husband and I were told that we needed to clear up a few things on our credit, so we paid off over $7,000 what we had to pay to get a loan, and refinance the house, to do some remodeling and upgrade, so now even giving Marine a title to our 1971 Dodge Dart Swinger, that does 11 sec. In a quarter mile, worth $26,000 and my husband is a Navy Vietnam Veteran retired, said thing's were' all good. Then told us we couldn't get the loan, lie's , lie's, rude, and there hour's suck!!! DON'T BELIEVE WHAT THEY TELL YOU, MORE THAN LIKELY THEY WANT YOU TO PAY SOME BILLS, TELLING YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR!!

This is by far the worst place I have ever banked at. Horrible service, the turnover rate is unbelievable, and the hours are ridiculous. Never again.

There was an issue with my account being mistakenly closed due to a duplicate name mix up. Andrea at Suamico jumped in and fixed the problem. She stuck with it till a successful conclusion was effected and exhibited a true 'can do' spirit of being of service. So, Marine Credit Union, in general gets my vote (been a member since 2000) and this branch has nurtured a real gem, Thanks again, Andi! :)
