Terrible place. We are constantly harassed by these uninformed rip off artists. They lose our payments and then blame us. Every two weeks there is some new loan representative contacting us to "take a look at our loan". We made the mistake of allowing them to consolidate debt onto one of our vehicles and now we are stuck with them. We had no idea we would be constantly harassed by people we don't know and told they'll take legal action on us when they are the ones losing payments. Even though our main bank shows the checks as clearing!! My husband and I hate this place. Avoid this ignorant institution as we've now suffered with this for a few years. Just stay away from them.
