Miguel Hughes committed a credit fraud against me. I never authorized him to run my credit and he did. He said he was going to use a report that once ran for me 7 days prior to me speaking with him and lied, and did not do that. He ran my credit again, and after obviously being denied, he never called me back to tell me so. Previously I spoke with another consultant named Judy and she did the same thing. I even called back several times, and a consultant said he would pass my message, and no returned calls or emails. I am thinking of filing a lawsuit against these consultants and the credit union for emotional damages and credit fraud.
