Manhattan POS has come to the rescue for us so many times :) Always responsive and helpful. Also, something I really appreciate, is that they aren't pushy in getting us to buy into options that are more than what we need. We've had some older equipment falter on us, and rather than push things upon us, they work with us to find the best solution that's budget friendly. They have also been informative in helping us begin to plan for future changes to our systems.They feel more like a partner in our business rather than just a service provider or vendor.
