Client Review on Malvern Bank

Unless you feel like having to stop everything you are doing because they don't know how to do anything I wouldn't go here. There's so many better options out there. I've been pending a bad review for this place for so long but today definitely confirmed how much Malvern Bank and Kristin and Megan and Tabitha blow. They literally can't even do a mobile deposit right. I did a mobile deposit from my other bank just days before today and it went perfectly fine no complications (thank goodness since every other time we can't seem to breathe without something going wrong at malvern) . I go to do a mobile deposit FROM THE SAME BANK this morning and all of a sudden they can't figure it out and tried blaming USAA. Don't worry Malvern, I paid 12$ to transfer funds to my bank acct because your staff can't seem to put in an effort.
