Client Review on Malheur Federal Credit Union

I have been dealing with Malhuer for about 3 years and lately I feel like I am being treated unfairly. I call about problems I am having with my account and they always tell me “I don’t know how to help” or “I don’t know how your loan was reopened”. Thanks to this Credit Union it shows on my credit record that I have 3 repossessions on there. When I only had 1 and it was a volunteer! Highly recommend that you find a different bank that will help you with your issues and not betray you.UPDATE!Call them to pay the $25 to my express and it went up to $40 I ask why. She tells me to hold on and I wait on the phone for 20 minutes! Finally she comes back and tells me it’s late fees for my payments in July and August.... it’s January of 2019!!! Why didn’t the company do this then but you do it now?!? I AM DONE WITH THIS COMPANY!
