Very bad customer experience. Applied for a Car loan and had a miserable experience. Magma executive took ages to come back to me and to collect the documents. We had to follow up for his document collection many times. We requested a call back from Magma executives. Sent SMS to their helpline numbers, filled in their contact us form. No answer. Their terms and conditions are not properly laid out. It doesn't say anywhere that you need a co-applicant, incase you are a female applicant. But, Magma executive said that, loan will not be processed further if you don't have a male co-applicant with the female applicant. Loan was principally approved, but bank executive restarted the entire process from scratch. So, all your online work is a waste! I felt something fishy here! Horrible! Terrible!This should not be your last resort option as well.If you still choose Magma for your Car loan needs, you are in for a ride! God bless!
