Affordable housing. Good location in a prime spot downtown. Management always responded in a timely manner. Any maintenance requests were addressed within the week. The apartment I lived in was clean. Neighbors respected the quiet hours during the weekdays. My only complaint is that the wifi was spotty, due to it being free and all the tenants running off of it. Other than that I have nothing bad to say. Cashton and Sara were helpful throughout my two years of staying there. I highly recommend renting through them.
