Client Review on The Lyon County State Bank

This is the worst bank emporia has. First of all, it takes about 10 calls before someone actually picks up the phone. Second, they keep putting random fees and charges in my account that I was never aware of. They started after their "transition" (transition to a crappy bank). Third, they are rude and continually put people on hold while they "look stuff up" and literally pick the phone back up 5 seconds later. That shows that they just don't want to be on the phone with you. It takes them days to get back to me about important problems. This bank has the worst customer service I've ever had ANYWHERE! I'm switch to a different bank, as many people have! This bank won't be around much longer if they don't do something different.
