Extremely poor product and even worse customer service! Can't answer simple questions over the phone without asking for Rs. 7800. Otherwise you have to take your whole computer in to their office and they still want to charge Rs. 1300/visit. Would not recommend it at all there are much better paid and free alternatives out there
