Client Review on Long Jetty Pawnbrokers

Never been to this store before and went out of my way to go this time.I felt the bad vibe 10 seconds after walking in.Walked in and was created by "Are you right?" I answered "just looking for now". Far from a warm welcome from the grumpy woman staff member behind the counter. Anyway, started looking and admiring some of the jewellery and from 2 metres away I was again asked by another staff member "Are you right?" Arrr. I continued to browse the store and was ready to ask to see and try on some items. When I looked up to the four staff busy chatting away to each other to catch their attention, I caught the attention of the 3rd staff member and again delightfully barked at with "are you right?" I have my own business and would never ask a potential valued customer "are you right" What kind of a question is that?The other observation was the prices? Wow, I couldn't believe the overpriced jewellery and other items. Prices are so ridiculous for second hand pawned items. Good luck to this business, I feel they need it.I did mention bad customer service on the way out and the old guy apologised. He is the only positive from the experience. At least he acknowledged me without asking "are you right?" One star for the old guy.Just a bad overall experience for me.
