Getting the loan was great. Dealing with the reps was not so great. With them speaking to me like I'm child and laughing at my hardship. It made me irrate. Didn't think I can be that customer. But I was. NEVER WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. NEVER WILL I REFER ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY DUE TO POOR CUSTOMER CARE AGENTS. I DOUBT I DEALT WITH A MANAGER. Go somewhere else!
