Got a loan on our van. Hit hard times and couldn't make their payment so they repossessed it. They kept all our personal possessions that were in the van and wanted to extort 100 dollars out of us to get our items back. The day we finally have the money we are told they threw everything in the dumpster. Well over $100 of our stuff. The van sold at auction for more than we owed. A letter from the company promised a check within 3 months. 5 months later still no check. Called multiple times with them promising to expedite our claim and still nothing. Its been close to a year since the repo date and they seem to be doing everything they can to keep our money. Very poor business comduct.
