I got my first home loan through Loan Wize and they were amazing! They always answered their phones and emailed me back with responses to any of my questions super quickly. Whenever they needed more documents or information from my they were quick to give me a call and email. I don't think the process could have gone more efficiently. They got me a great rate (much cheaper than the default rate and cheaper than another mortgage broker I queried). They were super knowledgeable about every question I asked. It only took a little over a week from start to finish to get everything sorted and most of that time was spent waiting on the bank to approve the loan.
