This place is completely unprofessional...The lady at the independence missouri location Chris ran my card without my authorization...a card that isn't tide to this account AT ALL...She has basically stolen money...and I will be contacting the authorities...we both agreed I would come in at 6pm...at 5:55pm I get a text from my bank saying she snatched the money out of that account...She played dumb and asked why do we have the card on file then? And I clearly said because sometimes I use it to pay when my account connected to you guys is negative...but I never authorized you to use it automatically...that's like me using someone elses card to pay that account...and then you guys continuously use it on your own. The lady was rude...loud and obnoxious...and felt the need to let me know she had been gone 3 whole months...not sure what any of what she did to my account today had anything to do with her being gone for three months. This lady took money without my authorization

First and for most I'm not writing this to down talk anyone or a business to make anyone feel bad. 02/25/2019 I got behind on some bills my paycheck was low and I needed a small payday loan to catch up on some things, I drive by this place like almost everyday and decided to give them a try to see if they could help me. BIG MISTAKE!! First off I walked in and asked about getting a small payday I gave the lady everything I thought I needed to start the process. She ask me my job and where did I bank and how long, I told her the information. She then says I will need a activity history on how long you been with the bank, so I went to my bank and got that, then I gave her everything and she tells me to fill out the information on the table, so as I was doing that she says how long have you lived at your residence? I said 8 months she says you will need something stating that. At the point I was kind of upset because she should have told me what all I needed to have before hand, so I told her I don't have anything with me just the stuff I gave you, her attitude is not good for dealing with the public. So I got everything signed and sent it up to her, then she's looking up my job to find the number and I told her the number and she saying well its not coming up on the computer. Then at that point I just told her to just cancel this whole thing and give me my stuff back, because she was giving me the run around from start one, she then throws my papers through the slide tray and says take it, I really wanted to tell her off but I told her I would just leave a review and walked out. Now I see why there's only one car there everyday, she didn't want to help me and she didn't want to be bothered, if that's the case find a different job. Her attitude spoke volumes, Again I'm not writing this to down talk anyone, they don't want to lend money but gladly will take your money. Please go to CASH ADVANCE, I went there afterwards and was very taken care of, everything was explained to me and attitudes was 100 percent customer service approved. Don't waste your time with loan and go, I rather just be poor then to deal with that.

I got a loan with this company and they basically have been harassing me! I went to hospital from Friday which is the day my payment was due until Sunday! I received 6+ calls between those times! Ridiculous! Monday I had to work from 7am-330pm! Whoever works at the Indepence office named Chris disrespected my mother! They left me a voicemail stating I NEEDED to call them as if something more would happen! At this point I will not be paying them back because of the disrespect I received and because of the way they talk to their customers! I'd be wrong if I slid up there and got with them because of the way they talk to their customers! I even told them I'd be in Thursday to make a payment & they still continued to call the previous days before! Do not loan with them!
