Overall Feedback:

Horrendous customer service! I called this morning to inquire about my card balance. The gentleman who answered the phone acted like anything but. When I told him I was calling to find out the balance on my card he proceeded to yell at me and tell me he couldn’t do that at the moment. I told him I didn’t want him to, I wanted to know how I could look it up myself. His attitude got a bit better and he told me he would call someone and ask them how to do that. I waited in hold for quite some time and was told he didn’t answer. So now I still have no idea what my balance is or how to go about getting it. Very poor experience with these guys.
