I have the experience with the e-commerce from Lightspeed and I find it fantastic! A variety of beautiful themes are offered for us to choose the layout we want, and each one comes with a step by step guide. Adding a product is easy and if you need customer service, they are great!

Our business had been searching for a POS system that was able to handle the huge inventory that we have in addition to the large number of clients that we take care of on a daily basis. We’d tried a few in the past but with one thing or another they just didn’t suit the purpose that we needed. Either the inventory management was lacking or the user-friendliness required to streamline our sales was.Enter Lightspeed.First of all the import of data from our old system to the new was almost flawless and the minor issues we did have were taken care of by a member of their excellent support staff almost as quickly as the issues presented themselves. The inventory management part of the POS is amazing. Not only is it incredibly accurate it’s also super easy to navigate! I can build purchase orders and enter inventory received so much faster than I had been able to in the past. When I say that this has saved me personally hours of time I am not exaggerating! A job that used to take me hours is now done in a matter of minutes. The system itself is so very user friendly that even the least computer literate of our team has no problem navigating the software. Add to the fact that we can use it portably while running on an iPad or other tablet and this system really has improved the way that we are able to interact with and help our clients. We have just invested in the loyalty system that Lightspeed Retail offers and so far we’ve had some very exciting results.All-in-all this system has changed the way that we look at POS systems as well as our marketing techniques. I very highly recommend the Lightspeed POS program. I started with the system several years ago with MerchantOS, and the transition of Lightspeed taking over was smooth and efficient, and has improved even more with time. The ease of having a cloud based POS has been very beneficial, as I can check sales, inventory, reports, etc. from any location on my phone or iPad. I have not run into many glitches, and when I have it's usually something technical from my end. The support staff has been wonderful about walking me through every single step along the way. Whether it's a live chat or actual phone call, they will stick with you until the problem is solved. Also nice that tech support is available 24/7...as a retailer it seems most problems happen on a weekend. Nice to have a quick fix instead of waiting out the busy weekend.

I’m a customer for retail and online. They are very attentive. System only crashed once for 10 mins in over a year. Inventory and reports are excellent. Add ons like customer rewards are pretty neat too. They have a lot of promos. Quick to respond by email if needed. Highly recommend.

dear customers looking for reviews use anyone else. out of the 3000-4000 companies we deal with light speed is the worst customer service. horrible wait times, system doesn't work if the internet is down for any reason, multi store version does not have correct inventory upload instructions online, and customer service is after hours is virtual in another country. dear customers looking for review use anyone else***edit 8/28/19 - customer unsuccess team does not and has not "followed" up ever with me. If you get paid hourly feel free to call and chat id love to waste your time and money like you do to me :) sorrey ay

We've been using Lightspeed at The Diving Bell for over a year and we couldn't be happier. The system is easy to use, and not bulky like every other system I have used in the past. Our staff find the interface simple and quick, and as the owner I can access my reports from home. I have had very few issues, and the times I have needed to call support they were kind, courteous, and solved my problems quick so I could get back to running the bar. Can't say enough about how happy we are with the Lightspeed system.
