Please don't prefer... Initially they will offer less interest rates but after 4 months they gradually increase interest rates.. So better prefer SBI

It is more worst than SBI...sbi is far far better service than this...u only understand better dont go for this for loans or for anything...better go for anyother banks it is worst i ever seen...sbi is soo much better than lic in service...they wont even take care of there customers they wont give any proper answer and proper responce for customers...the employees behave that there are CHIEF MINISTER AND COLLECTORS...they didnt even give the respect to customers...who gave 5 star ratings u know they are employees they only put 5 star ratings...

Service is very worst , perpendicularly in this Guntur branch. No response and even for getting and loan closing loan both will long process

Waste of time to take the loan in LICHFL, Employes are not responing properly. Processing is very slow compare to other banks. if they will offer less rate of interest also, please don't take the loan in LICHFL. The employees behaves like Governor.
