When I went in, the market price for gold by the gram was $42. They still charged me $56 to buy a gram. They go off of their own value charts rather than what the market truly reflects. I asked about this and they gave me some fluttery bull spit answer that made no sense. I am going to do a test soon. I’m going to go in and sell some gold and see if they give me back what I paid for it or tell me oh we will only pay $40 (today’s price). Also I have 10 grams of gold (individual) and asked if I could trade those for a single 10 gram piece. They said they need to buy the gold and then sell the bigger one. So buy low sell high.
