Our salesman greeted us at the door, was very patient and his interest was making the customer happy. The showroom and service is second to none. I can’t say enough good things about Lexus of Cherry Hill. They even bake fresh chocolate chip cookies at the coffee bar for an extra treat when you are waiting for your car to be serviced!

Just leased a 2019 ES350 ultra luxury sedan. I’ve been to a few dealerships and can’t express how happy I am that came to Lexus of Cherry Hill. The first contact I had was with Susan Churchill. She was friendly, kind , and easy to talk to! I explained my recent experience with other dealerships and she immediately said she had the perfect salesman for me. Susan was spot on. My salesman was Marc Rosenstein. I’m an older woman and have bought many cars. I must admit Marc made the sales process so easy. He was honest and extremely knowledgeable. I recommend Susan, Marc and Lexus of Cherry Hill if you are looking for a new car. Great experience!!! Thank you.

Could not have been happier what the with the professionalism and knowledge that our sales rep Kole gave us. We went in with a set price and monthly payment and they met both our needs. We appreciated Susan sending us thorough pictures via text of the car prior to making the trip to Cherry Hill to view it. Once we arrived at the Cherry Hill location to see the car in person, the staff was outstanding. Enjoyed working with Cole and all his supporting staff to finalize the deal. Very professional!

Horrible dealership, salesman to management were NOT friendly and they tried to rip me off on the price. The payment was $105.00 more a month then the Phila dealership. Don't Go Here. Any good reviews are from the people who work there. SCAM!!!!!

My family and I have purchased two cars from this dealership and each time it has been such an easy process - no annoying phone calls or persuasive techniques to convince you to buy a car, just some great people trying to help you purchase a Lexus. Walked in and on the same day I was able to get my dream car. Afterwards, my sales rep reminded me to come in for car washes & to just stop in to say hello. I appreciate the friendliness here & would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Lexus!
