Feedback:

Horrible experience. Promised work within days and after a 1 1/2 weeks, stopped in to check on status and work had not begun...we left with our mower without the repair. We had no choice but to stop in because we could not get a return call after leaving several messages. Not the way we expect to be treated as a patron of a local business and we will not return. We are sharing this so you do not waste your time.

Hate to write a negative review on a small business, but the experience at Lawson's was one of the worst examples of customer service I have experienced. They originally told me they could diagnose the problem with my riding mower in 2-3 days. 23 days later I asked them to return the mower - unfixed. I was told 8 different times that a mechanic would return my call with the issue and cost of repair - I never received a call. I wasted 23 days and 80 dollars (the cost of pickup/return) and never found out the problem.

Absolute worst experience . Walked in to buy a brand new riding lawn mower. Picked it out was told they needed to order an attachment. Placed an order and left my info. A week later no call, I called to follow up 5! Times and every single time I was given the "very busy we promise to call back today to schedule delivery " here we are a month later I went somewhere else and bought a tractor . Still waiting for that phone call though. Please dont waste your time .

Haven given Lawson 2 months and the opportunity to follow up per his service and word, its safe to say that this mower repair service is overwhelmed during the busy season.

Absolutely terrible experience. Dropped off my mower and was told it would be repaired w/in two weeks. From then there was zero communication from Lawson's and over a month and a half later they "fixed" my mower which was back in the shop after less than two mows! Lawson's is under-staffed, disorganized, and unprofessional. Will never buy a Husqvarna again, or give Lawson's any future business.

I dropped off my weed trimmer in early July and was told it would be worked on the following week. I called every week or every other week through September. At that point I gave up. I’m sad to provide such a low rating, because they have been reliable in the past. Certainly not this time.

Bad customer service, way to much work for the lack of employees. Best to go to a place that can handle real business. 6 weeks to get my trimmer back. I've had transmissions installed in less time.
