Attorney Wingfield was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when he represented my husband and I a few years ago when we lost our house to foreclosure. He was able to reassure us that we could stay in our home until we found somewhere to live that was suitable for our family. We hired Attorney Wingfield because we didn't know where else to turn. We are small business owners and when the economy crashed we had to take on a huge amount of credit card debt to keep us and our business afloat. Even though our business is starting to pick up it will never be enough to get out from under all of our consumer debt. We thought there was nothing we could do until we met Jim. He said I can give you a fresh start by filing a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. He said it wouldn't be easy and we were not your typical case and he put a lot a lot of man hours and his expertise into our case and even though I was so ashamed we had to do this he reassured us that we did nothing wrong and we needed a fresh start. Even some of the most famous people have had to file bankruptcy and are doing fantastic now. He was just awesome. He made it look like our case was easy. He treated us like we were his only client. Anyone who has or will be going through any type of Bankruptcy knows it's a stressful situation. I had never thought I'd need to file a Bankruptcy, but when the time came where I had no other choice I found James through the BNI network. The first sign I knew I had found the right person was he answered his cell phone...while on vacation! That was extremely impressive to me and very comforting as I had a lot of questions about Bankruptcy's and was anxious to move forward. James walked me through each type of Bankruptcy and which would be best for me, but it was ultimately my choice. When the day came that we had the "meeting of creditors" we watched several other Bankruptcy attorneys and their respective clients meet with the trustee. At this point I got nervous as several of them were not well prepared for their client’s case. James assured me that would not be an issue with us. He was absolutely correct! My meeting took less than 5 minutes. James came prepared with everything needed and more and I walked out of their with a huge weight lifted off my chest. In today's environment Bankruptcy's are clearly much more common than from years ago I've learned. Which as I witnessed means there are more "bad" Bankruptcy attorneys. I would recommend James Wingfield to any of my friends or family without hesitation. I had never met James before my first meeting with him and have no personal connection to him.
