Inconvienent. These employees refuse to close my boyfriends account. So the only thing he could do was take out all his money and change his direct deposit. I guess that $5 that you have to keep in there at all times means a lot to them. I will be closing my account and going to space coast credit union. I did not like the way they treated my boyfriend and for that, they lost my business.

Do NOT BANK HERE!!! They are the worse and so inconvenient... can’t make payments online can speak with someone on the phone... atm cash deposits take 24 hours .. and GOD forbid you loose or your cards gets stolen on the weekend you will have to wait until Monday morning. You will literally have to go inside the bank to do anything... don’t waste your time!!!!

Went in for a loan was told multiple reasons why I was not approved I was told my credit score over the phone was much lower than what it actually was and in person they took the statement back, and Instead of being updated I was ran in circles trying to get my report to see if I was eligible for the loan, needless to say I was denied because of a “debt to income ratio” when I only have 500$ in debt and that’s on a personal card I pay off once a month. Have fun dealing with these guys.

Worse, stupid bank ever, they make you pay to get a damn statement. Their customer service suck, their online banking suck. Everything about this bank is bad. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

They charge 5$ for cashing a check drawn from their bank.. Greasy.. The lady said all banks do that. Not true. Not surprised they have 3 stars. Will not take checks from their customers anymore. Hopefully they switch to space coast cu.
