As already stated by others this has turned into a nightmare of a service. Been emailing for over a week as well and only get "Copy & Paste" responses.Can't access my own money. Swansea office has closed down and phone is permanently switched to answer machine. Avoid at all costs !!!!

They take their time, never keep you updated on transactions when they are meant to and some of staff think they are better then you.
