Terrible place to do business with. Will play games, intentionally delay payment to get more money from you and lie. I closed my banking accounts and will never look back.

Your check cashing policy needs to change. I have a business and I need to make deposits greater than $1,500 frequently which you do not allow. Your 3 day hold on checks is also a challenge and we find ourselves driving to a location to physically deposit in person. You do not fit our lifestyle and we'll be taking our personal and business money out of out accounts and bringing them elsewhere.

Landmark financed an auto loan for me at the end of July. I'd received letters from them saying my insurance isn't up to date. I called them asking to clarify two weeks ago and I was assured that they had proof of insurance and everything was up to date. I get another letter in the mail. I call and they say they have proof of insurance but only from a week after I bought the car. Long story short, the dealership never sent my proof of insurance to them. It's like they just make things up as you call because every single person I've talked to has been rude and has had no idea what they were talking about.

I agree with the other person. When they force insurance on your car, because of a mistake, look to spend around an almost %500 markup. An absolute joke. There should be a class action lawsuit against this outfit. And that is exactly what they are an outfit. Went to get a 2nd mortgage against my house with a 750 credit score. Was still waiting for any answer from Julie Gibson, after 2 months, what was going on. Paid $350 for an appraisal I never got, had to hire an attorney, to try and at least get my appraisal fee back, because they stopped replying to phone calls and emails. It would have been easier if I didn't live 950 miles away, but they knew that so why should they bother to follow up with anything or do their job. Landmark in years past used to be good, but now all they are out for is to take you for a ride and take your money.

Horrible horrible horrible. We had an issue with this company for over a year. We had insurance on our car and I guess unknowingly state farm dropped us without notice. So this company added their insurance company implying we pay over 600 bux a month, a rediculous amount, but anyways they call us maybe 6 months later without notice saying we owe somewhere in the ballpark of like 5 or 6 THOUSAND dollars. Not much we could do there bit we agreed to add to the payment of our monthly cost. We start making those payments and then couple months later 1 of many rude calls they tell us there was never a verbal agreement and expected us to pay over 800 bux a month on top of our 489 dollar payment. Then months later they start calling and change the payment to 717 long story short we get a statement in the mail showing the loan was adjuster again back to our original payment. There were fees added to only the past 5 months nothing more. Then at 1 am they repo our truck. So we call explain to this guy which was extremely rude harrasing my wife laughing at her calling her a liar about the statement we had in front of us and at 1 point hung up on her. He also at 1 point yelled at my wife. Very ghetto like and beyond unprofessional. But we agreed to pay whatever it was cause we need the truck but moral of this whole comment is things were agreed in the very beginning of this and numerous phone calls of changes numerous times of our payment we were told from our very first phone call to them the agreement on what we could afford to be called liars and them always changing our monthly payment and as this happens we have not 1 time got a paper stating the new change all verbal from them the only papers they send is that we owe this this and that without any dollar amount. EVER only the statements of what we owed originally. But to be harassed laughed at called liars and then repo everything when I made my payments every month they say we owed all this other money and also stated we never sent in payments for over 5 months when it showed on our statement but again we were told that we owed all this extra amount for their insurance which we never received any papers stating an exact amount nor anything about fees on top of that. Then we get a repo laughed at called liars yelled at hung up on when we are juggling around for over 10 hours trying to pay whatever it is to get the truck back and then being sent around from 1 person to the other being hung up on when we are trying to just pay to this one guy yelling laughing calling my wife a liar. My wife at one point broke down crying due to this guy. I understand the rules of the contract but we were unfairly treated beyond belief and everything was verbal never received a true statement dollar amount nothing. This was beyond the most my wife and I have been treated so terribly and may seek some sort of legal action IF possible. There are truly hundreds of loan companies out there with true and honest respect for the common customer. Steer clear of these guys because if one thing happens they do whatever and whatever to milk u dry anyway how.
