Wish I could give negative stars.Proper I.D they refused to put me in their system. I simply asked why, IMMEDIATELY both women gave me a unprofessional attitude. Told ME to calm down and continuedUnprofessionally provoking me.STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!THEY DON'T WANT/NEED IT!!!

NOT friendly,welcoming and RACIST!!refused to cash my EMPLOYMENT check for an bs reason..When I asked why the boss wouldn't allow it(the Mexican lady had her facetime,to see my check)I needed money to get home after work as I live in Chicago..Thankfully I made it home on a prayer..Went to another currency exchange and was able to cash it no problems..Save yourself the trouble and go to another establishment

I have dealt with the Currency Exchange staff on a number of matters over the last eight months. I have been impressed by their friendly demeanor, efficiency, and competence in handling my transactions. Karissa always manages to make my day brighter. I will definitely return in the future.

This Store accommodated my transactions quickly, efficiently, and without issue. The Staff was extremely knowledgeable, very courteous, and answered my questions with Professionalism. I will definitely be doing future business with the Lake Zurich location

This Currency Exchange is racist and bias. I was near Lake Zurich on 02/05/2018. I decided to stop in there to cash an employment check.The cashier asked if I had cash there before, I replied No but I've cashed at other locations. With proper I'd, she denied my services. I ask to speak with the owner or if she could give me the number to Corporate office, she refused than went to the back closed the door, didn't come back out to accommodate me. Very rude and unprofessional.

I’m sorry I have to give 1 star to leave a comment. DO NOT USE this facility for anything. They screwed up a title transfer charged me taxes that should not have been charged. Even with a letter stating taxes should have not been charged they told me good luck getting them back didn’t want to help. Go to the DMV for your stuff.

MUCH CLEANER THAT PREVIOUS OWNER HAS REALLY BEEN TURNED AROUND. always greeted when i go cash my check with a hello from atleast one if not both of the girls at the window, and they are very quick to get my money orders

I went to the local currency exchange to get the tax title license taken care of on my new car. It was shockingly fast, professional, and nice. This place has some low ratings, but they were extremely helpful and nice to me. Thank you for the good experience.
