I was NOT impressed! I am looking for a laptop, as mine has bit the dust...my son is starting college soon ( so I am buyer motivated!!!) I pass this shop everyday, and as drove past here last night I thought I'd check out what they had. Sadly, no one spoke to me. So I waved to people at the counter and a Latin woman came over to wait on me. The only laptop they had was an HP Envoy for 499. Now I am not a fan of HP Laptops...so I did state that. She acted put out for having to wait on me to begin with, I asked her to turn it on & she did....nothing came on. Clearly it needed charged. I could see the charger behind her, but she didn't offer to plug it in. I then asked her about any kind of store warranty....they don't offer anything. What? ! ! ? You want 499. For a laptop and don't want to show your customer that it is in good condition? NOPE...not this non customer. I won't ever go back there. I will continue my search for laptop...but my dollar won't be spent in this store! FINAL non- sale! Note to management....teach your employees to be motivated to sell products!!! This was a FAIL!!!!
