Called up after seeing an ad on Gumtree. Organised to pick up that day, I asked if they wanted a deposit to hold the item and they said no thats fine. An hour later I get a message saying the item is sold. Call them up for them to tell me they can't hold items. Bunch of dodgy dogs.

I messaged this place on gumtree and asked if they hold items for a ex amount of time as i live far away. They replied to let me know it was available but nothing else. So even the next day still no message. Sent a friend who lived close and they told her no we dont have the TV your after.If i new they wouldnt hold items i would have made the long trip but they wouldnt even reply to that message. So wasted my time and now my friends time. Never again.

The workers don't seem to have a clue on the value of an item, they lied to customers about looking items up online and the cost of it. The owner backs it up and this is done because they expect you will default on the loan so then they get your item for as little as possible and sell it for it actual cost to make a profit this does not show a care for customers

I would not recommend anyone to go into this place at all, I called up and asked if there was a pacific laptop I could check out, and he said over the phone it’s in good condition, when I got there to look at it, I was devastated as the whole laptop was scratched all over it and the plug had to be in to use it, unprofessional staff all are kids, and just rude people, they also have stolen goods.

Terrible service, unexperinexpe rude staff that make you feel uncomfortable. After leaving the police entrted, I suspect most of thier customers are mostly dodgy and the treat everyone the same way. Avoid this place

Took a lightbar in and they said they wont take it because it has no plug on the wire and exposed wire. Useless place to go.

Never before have I entered a business and been so taken aback by the level of unprofessionalism. I had both my children with me, girls aged 7 & 11, and was forced to leave within only a couple of minutes due to the level of profanity coming from the counter staff, one of which I'm told is the manager yet doesn't look old enough to vote, and the other, I'm assuming her offsider because of the lapdog vibe of the relationship, looked like she thinks her s**t don't stink but those roses really smell like boom boom!If you're looking for a 2nd hand dealer that runs like an actual business I suggest you wait for a garage sale near you....
