Feedback:

I have always received great customer service here. There is one particular teller who is kind of a grouch sometimes, but everyone else that I have dealth with has been wonderful.

Not happy with customer service that I received from teller. I live in ER but will travel to Lansing for banking needs in future. They should close or get new tellers.

Tellers are always kind and considerate. Interior very clean and contemporary. ATMs are always busy; sometimes a wait.
