We have a boat loan through LFCU and opened a checking account to deposit money in there to pay the boat loan. We never received anything in the mail with the account number so we are able to have direct deposit. Called the bank to find out our account number and also asked if they could mail the info to us. Nope, you need to go in the branch witch is two and a half hours from my hours. What an inconvenience....oh, but they were sorry for the inconvenience....yeah right!

Been a member of lfcu for almost 3 year now and its been GREAT.!! Customer service is nice all time . Can't thank Angelica Garcia enough.! She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout every visit. I highly recommend this credit union for any loans or re-financing!

You have to fax in a piece of paper to get a payoff quote on your loan. Then you have to wait until someone checks the fax machine horrible process I will never do business with them again.

The posts saying they are helpful are just bogus. I routinely spend days trying to grt a call back. They dont answer when they open, they dont answer around lunch time. They dont answer around 2ish. They literally have no one on the phones ever. I can never get a human and on the rarest of occasion when i do, the cant do much of anything. This is such a sorry excuse for a business.
