If there was a way I could just say zero stars instead of giving them a 1star I would. There was a lady in the jewelry section who was extremely helpfull. I wasent even there to buy anything but she was a good sales rep and talked me into looking at firearms. We(my wife and I) are new to the area and own many firearms. While picking up my kids from the lake I told her about the firearm and she said she wanted to get it. She went to KV and was denighed the firearm because one of the guys in the gun department made bias judgement on me due to me having tattoos. My wife says it was due to my tattoos and my color. As a multiple gun owner I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING OR RECOMMEND ANYONE I KNOW TO GO THERE. Sad thing is one of my students are friends with the owner and he is just as disappoint as me.

Only been here once, about a year ago, because the staff had crappy attitudes like they think they are better than anyone who walks in. I didn't even walk in trying to pawn or sell, I was trying to buy some tools.

I’ve stepped into this place three times in as many months. Not ONCE has an employee said hello or offered to help. The last time, I was the only person in the store, with cash in hand to purchase a $300 item, but they all just stared at me as if I had three eyes. No one even said hello!! If you get paid commission, shouldn’t you be a little more willing to help? Otherwise, the owner doesn’t have to hire anyone but a cashier! This time, walked in to purchase an Xbox One S and not only did they have them all priced $40 above retail, but, not a single person offered to open the case or attempt to “sell” anything. I know it’s a local company and I try to support local, but I went and bought a new one from Walmart because at least they make the attempt to help. I wish the owner luck, but with that crew, I’m sure his profits are lackluster at best.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Theives and liars who tell you one thing and do another. Don't trust them with your items. They'll tell you they have it at the same moment they're selling it. They lowball the price for a pawn and sell it at top dollar. Trash!

I went there looking for a Ruby ring and found one I liked. I wished I could remember the salesman’s name because he was extremely patient, helpful, and kind. I will defiantly do business with them again.
