I don't believe in writing bad reviews but I've been on hold for over 20 minutes just to talk to a representative. I'm hoping this review will at least let them know how unacceptable it is to just be put on hold, especially for this long.

Hours are inconvenient for the lobby and almost impossible to reach via phone without sitting on hold for 20 minutes.
