The meat is very well done. Ive been to this establishment a few times and I havent bad a bad experience. The brisket sandwich is very good it's about the size of the Burger King long bun chicken sandwich with no drink or chips. The whole link sausage is amazing. I order it everytime I go. there are specials and the staff is friendly and the variety of raw and cooked meat selections are worth a try if you are looking to try different cuts or cook ypur own. There are different spice blends for purchase along with sodes local jams and other spreads and even jerk. Definitely recommend.
