We hired Klatt last year to prepare our taxes. They sent the completed return to sign and had gotten my name wrong (used my husband's last name which is not my last name). Usually I just let this sort of thing slide, but in this instance I was upset as the preparer A) had all of my financial paperwork with my legal name written all over it, B) he was preparing a return on my behalf yet clearly had zero attention to detail, and C) I was paying them for this "service". To top it off, when we asked for the name to be corrected the preparer was quite curt with us for asking for the change and did not apologize.
