I have an auto loan here. They don't send statements, so you just have to write down all your account info and their contact info somewhere and hope you never lose it. If you need to call for any reason, it will take about 3 tries through the automated system to end up anywhere except a dead end of an automated message reading menu options in a loop. When you do figure out the magical button combo to get a person, it will be a long wait and a $15 "convenience fee" to do anything. If you want to pay any way except a check in the mail, there's a fee for that too. Just an all around broken experience that milks the customer for money at every turn.
