Best Offer in town! Professional Staff, Excellent Customer Service - Integrity and Honesty. After shopping around at several other shops over the last few weeks, they gave me the best offer based on market value. Alfred was great to work with, very honest and knowledgeable, he explained the terms thoroughly and addressed all my questions. Ivy was very helpful, so nice and pleasant to work with as well. This is my first time pawning and they made sure I had a pleasant experience. I highly recommend the Miami Gardens Store for fast & friendly service, no hassle, no haggling, no bs!

Honestly one of the biggest scam Pawn Shops I've ever seen. As someone who has spent over 15 years in the business, its a shame to see how this business handles undercuts their customers. On top of that there is a very shady business going on beyond closed doors. The most unprofessional business I've had the displeasure to deal with. Would advise any customer to go to another Pawn Shop.

Crooks , this lady knows noting about gold, or jewelry, I went to a few pawnshops before coming to this one , and this lady tried to undercut me by $150 on my 18KT gold chain , Way better pawnshop right cross the street, at the McDonald's Plaza at least they were fair and honest

They should only stick to what they know & sell jewlery. I tried to bring a camera to pawn & all they did was take a picture of their glass door with sunlight shining through just to tell me it's "blurry" when all the other objects around the door was clear. When I explained this she just shook her head & said not interested. Don't try to sell/buy other things if you're not educated in them.. not sorry.
