I called today and was on the automated hold for 30 minutes. Finally, there was a prompt that took my number and said I would get a return call. I waited two hours and no call. I called again and waited for 15 minutes. I waited and then called again and waited another 20 minutes. There is no other number to call and no place to send an email unless you register. This is a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!!!
