Because, I followed the CU own advice to immediately report any lost Debit Cads" promptly, there has never been any unauthorized charges posted to any of Kinecta CU Accounts given me I lost the ability to use a Kinecta CU, "Debit Card". or an "ATM" Card. This, now 10 year suspension, still continues, dispite the facts that there has never been any fraud or lost to either the CU or myself. I have been told by the Head of the Kinecta CU "Accounts' Department", that I am ineligible because I am disable and only receive, by direct deposit, a very minimal income and the balance of my account hovers always around zero, my accounts have never fallen negative. The problem she explain that despite my Credit Score of '860' and the fact I always have paid my bills and obligations, I am not the kind of member Kinecta CU wants to have as a member.
