Client Review on Kinecta Federal Credit Union

Take it from someone who knows. I have been banking with Kinecta for over 15 years and never changed banks because it can be so difficult with direct deposit and so many auto-pays setup through various companies. Well we finally switched banks and I am thrilled. If you try to call Kinecta, you will be on hold forever and good luck trying to speak with a person directly at the branch you want. You will only be able to speak with someone at the 800 number. And here was the last straw: I took out cash today and they included a counterfeit $100 bill that Wells Fargo (my new bank) wouldn't accept. And Kinecta wouldn't take it back! Bye bye Kinecta!!! Don't waste your time folks!
