Tech support personal isawesome ... Never enough staff. Lost me alot of Mony. Rushed setup , poor training . I'm scrapping an expensive system due to updates at poor time, like happy hour or holidays .. remote access denied with almost no notification ahead of time... Not honest with Costs.

been with them for over 4 years they have been able to build our pos menu from scratch. If i have a problem or question they are there to answer it. It doesnt have all the bells and whistles of other pos but very competitve on price. They continue to work with us to improve the pos, website and online ordering.
