I have been denied a loan by Keystone in the past. After the rejection of my application I understood that the product (loan) that Keystone offers in their advertising was not a fit for my credit situation at the time. That is not Keystone's fault.***They performed their duties impeccably.***People who don't understand that they need to find the right loan product will blame the rejection on Keystone. I have had one loan that I paid off and another that I started recently. The second loan application required some time because of my current credit situation but they managed to secure the funds I needed. If their product fits your situation and you get a loan, you will have ***nothing but stellar service from Keystone***.

First rate, easy to deal with and willing to do what it takes to assist through troubled times, FIVE STARS to all the staff. Much easier than dealing with banks and no hidden fees , Banks could learn about dealing with customers from Keystone.

My husband and I suffered financial difficulties a few years back, and we needed to get back on track. We tried everything with no luck. we were devastated...until Keystone swooped in and saved the day. I got a brand new 2014 pickup that week, and since, we have built our credit so that financing is no problem when we need it.Keystone Finance has never made us feel bad for screwing up our credit, and they have never patronized us either. Every year on our birthdays, they send us a card and give us a call too just to say hi. Even after we traded our truck off in 2016 and financed one thru Ford Credit, they still called. Just this week I called about getting a loan for my business, and they approved it almost immediately! Don't let other people fool you. they are not scammers or anything. the interest is a little higher yes...but it is a chance for you to build back your credit when maybe no one else will help you.Seriously, give them a call! BEST CASE: you get your credit back...WORST CASE: you made a free call. you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

It's frustrating that places like this continue to operate. They advertise that they are in business to help people who have bad credit, and have no other options available. That their loans are "secured". So why is it that when I applied for a loan, I was denied. I provided solid proof of income, I provided a vehicle that met their requirements for the security. And I was told I needed a co signor on the loan (who I assume would also have to provide collateral on MY loan). Seems like false advertising to me.

This is our first time going to Keystone financing. I filled out our application online and immediately received a reply that we were conditionally approached. The very next day we received an email from Jayne congratulating us on our approval and explained the next steps. Within a week we signed papers for our purchase of our cottage property. Before we even signed the papers Jayne sent us an email advising what extra fees we will be paying and how much our mortgage will be. She explained everything so well we didn’t have to ask any questions. Meeting with Jayne was great! She is very professional yet like a friend all at the same time. The reception, I believe her name is Jenna was so friendly and helped us as soon as we walked in. We absolutely recommend Keystone Financing

My husband did a small loan from Keystone years ago and had a great experience with respect to how his finances where back then. Recently we needed a small loan to pay off a few things and he suggested we come see Andrew at Keystone. Jayne was friendly and helpful with advising us how to rectify our problem with a small loan. The staff is courteous, explaining every detail, and payment methods. Keystone Finance is the place we will go to when the loan is small and workable for our needs.
