this place gives u no information on your account besides the transactions made.... I can’t even get a loan with them, so I tried elsewhere and they don’t have my account or routing number anywhere but on a blank check.... so I can’t even prove that the checks are mine to get a loan. They go by member number which is very pointless. I asked the employee on the phone and she told me the only option to fix it was to order checks for $20 , well I would’ve if I didn’t need this loan for an emergency but I don’t have 2 1/2 weeks to wait for checks to come in. You guys should have OUR account information and numbers easily accessible to us!! This bank is such a headache to work with

Customer service could use improvement. Some tellers are friendly and some are indifferent. Their attitude affects how helpful they are. I would recommend considering somewhere else

This is a Home Town Bank and You become one the owners of the Credit Union when You join as a Member.

Wait is more than 25 minute long with no people in the bank. Everyone who works there give completely different info about accounts, credit cards and loans. And there is no way to get help on the phone either, for some reason they can't pull out any information on their computer. Hours of operation 10 to 5 and no help after hours, there is no customer help after hours or on the weekends, phone transfers straight to the voice mail. Unprofessional

Banking is about customer service and probably the most needed service to be accurate after medical services, this bank has no idea what that is. All the people in the bank looks miserable and grump. The only people that ever attempt to a welcoming attitude is the two male tellers. Any information you ask for about your mortgages or loans is highly questionable; I got three different answers from three different employees in the span of two days regarding my car loan. I would stay away from this bank if I was a new customer. First state bank has a better idea of what customers need.

Muy malos en señor que es un ratón el de colección un tal Alberto no me coje el cell ninguno de esos banco quieren hablar conmigo y si cojen el teléfono cuando saben que soy yo me cuelgan el teléfono se llevaron mi carro porque deje 3 meces sin pagarlo y ahora me están demandando por 10 mil dólares vendieron mi carro sin consultarme y no hablan conmigo
