Excellent customer service!!i have been with this bank for about 15 yrs. would never even consider change it!!thank you to all of the marathon branch for all you guys do!!

The best bank I've used to date. No misc. fees that come out of no where which was an issue I've had with previous banks where I'd have to fight it constantly to fix the issues. Customer service is always quick to answer, polite, and helpful. Easy location and quick drive through at a good location in Marathon.

I just moved to the Florida Keys and wanted a local credit union to begin my banking. I stopped in this location in Marathon and the tellers very friendly and greeted us with a smile immediately. The branch manager was very professional and answered all my questions in a kind manner I will be back next week to open an account I would recommend this bank

We took this auto loan out nearly 3 years ago and have always paid on time with auto pay. I always pay more and mostly ahead in payments. They sent an email offer saying, skip your payment for December for the holidays for a $40 fee. I thought sure I am pretty tight in money and could use that to get financially caught up in other areas since, I have recently relocated to Colorado and adjusting financially was difficult. We emailed the signed offer with plenty of time. We get a phone call from them, today, one day prior to the set schedule payment, stating they can't process the skip payment to December bc the account is two months ahead of payment. So the scheduled auto draft of the loan payment will be deducted tomorrow. There is nothing they can do to stop it. Apparently they say they emailed us, which we didn't get, and I asked her what did it say. She said it said to please contact them. They claim they called both of us...this may be true, I get tons of calls a day. However, I may not know who it is with out a voicemail! They called each of us once with out leaving voicemails. Today my boyfriend gets a call, answers it to find this all out. Of course there is "nothing" they can do to cancel the payment on the account that is already ahead two payments! What horrible customer care service I have ever received from a bank. A customer who has always paid on time and paid extra. When this loan is over, I will be sure to close the account permanently and will not recommended anyone to Keys Federal Credit Union in Marathon. People go to credit unions to get away from the corporate banks, however, this exactly how they treated us. Happy holidays Keys Federal, way to mess up my holidays with your poor attempt to reach out to loyal customers.
