I Just opened up a saving and checking account at this Kalsee location. Gail took the time to help me and answer my questions. She has awesome customer service, very personable, and professional! I would highly recommend this place.

ZERO STARS. How can this kind of exploitation of NSF not be illegal? If you are low on funds, they will be sure to reorder your daily transactions as to gain the most fees for their own pocket.

incompetent and NSF fee happy; charging fees over and over again to an account in the positive. Refused to reverse overdraft fees for fraudulent charges. General unwillingness to give logic and math a chance. 10/10 would not use again. This is a warning to customers who are looking for an honest credit union.

A main branch not open on Saturday? This CU has sure spent big bucks on buildings, but little for thtir customers. Lousy hours, lousy customer perks. No thanks.

Hours are not right on google. I’ve waited 5 minutes for them to open past hours with a building full of employees at there main branch... Mobile deposit has been down months and there hours aren’t ideal for anyone who works. Not the service you would expect

Was sued while I was at Boot Camp in the Marine Corps (which in and of itself shouldn't happen) because I owed them a little over $400. Came back, was served with papers and accused of avoiding them, tried calling Kalsee to sort things out and left messages 37 different times before the court date and nobody got back to me. Now I owe them $800 and my wages are being garnished. Do NOT bank with this sorry excuse for a financial institution.
