I have been trying to receive my prepaid Visa card from Kaiku . It has been 6 weeks and 2 pay checks and I have not received my card yet. Customer Service said I should have had it by Saturday 02/25/17 and it is now Monday still no card. I have called and left several messages and no one calls me back. I can't access any of my funds until I have the card, they said I could with the routing number and account number but this information is false. To put it bluntly, this company, I use this term very loosely, just stole my money from me! I have reported them to the BBB and FDIC.
