I apply for two commercial loans over the past years and they approve me for both and gave me the loans in less than two weeks at the time. I am a property buyer and investor and by giving me the loan so fast they put me in advance over other buyers. I tried Chase and Wells Fargo, what a west of time i almost lost the properties caused of delays. Phil and the other employees are so polite and genuine.
