DON'T submit your loan application to JUSTBOATLOANS! They do not respond timely to emails & use a lame excuse about technical issues, difficult to get a copy of your application, and they were just bought by another bank and it seems that the local folks have little decision making authority. If you want a timely response, the 48 hours they indicate is not accurate and they are TERRIBLE with communication! Vague answers and certainly do not go to bat for their customers!I have a feeling the new team members are in over their head! Difficult time answering questions they should know!
